Hi. Welcome to The Nicholas Clinic.
We’re Veteran‑owned. We’ve been on the inside of the system, and we know how hard it can be to get straight answers, let alone real care. Our job is to make veteran healthcare simpler and honest.
This clinic exists because we lost someone we loved.
They reached out. The system didn’t reach back.
That gap cost a life. It shouldn’t cost anyone else theirs.
The Nicholas Clinic was built to interrupt that pattern. A Veteran‑owned clinic focused on care that actually listens, understands what’s being said, and does something with it.
We’re here to build a better pathway for those who’ve served. One that feels human. One that follows through.
Because Veterans deserve more than paperwork and waiting rooms. They deserve care that shows up, answers clearly, and doesn’t disappear once the report is written.
Personalised support that actually makes sense.
At The Nicholas Clinic, we exist to make sure no Veteran slips through the cracks again.
Yes, we specialise in DVA reporting — but that’s just one part of a broader commitment: real, ongoing care that supports every Veteran through diagnosis, recovery, and beyond.
Free for all veterans. Always.
A pathway to better care.
Other ways we’ve got your back.
Impairment & Incapacity Assessments
Not sure how your condition is affecting your daily life or work? We’ll help figure it out and document it properly for your claim.
Support for Veterans Review Board Appeals
If you're challenging a decision, we’ll work with you to create a focused, supportive psychiatric report tailored for VRB hearings.
Retrospective Medical Discharges
Think your discharge doesn’t reflect your condition? Let’s review it together. We’ll provide a fair, professional evaluation to help set the record straight
DVA psychiatric assessments
We get it, dealing with mental health claims can feel like jumping through hoops. Our role? To take some of that weight off.
We offer detailed psychiatric assessments that meet all DVA requirements. Whether it’s PTSD, anxiety, depression or something else service-related, we help you build a strong case — with clear, impartial reports written by professionals who understand.
Telehealth Services
Can’t make it in person? No worries. Our telehealth assessments are done through secure video calls. So whether you’re posted remote, living overseas, or just prefer being in your own space, you’ll still get the same professional support. Same quality. Same DVA-compliant report.
Still completely free.
