Expert support. Every step of the way.
Our process
-
Step 1 – Initial Assessment
Begin with a pre-diagnosis appointment with one of our psychiatrists to explore whether your mental health concerns may be linked to service.
-
Step 2 – Personalised Care Planning
Meet with our psychologist to discuss what’s on your mind and create a care plan tailored to your individual needs.
-
Step 3 – Your DVA Psychiatric Report
Attend a comprehensive 2–3 hour psychiatric assessment to complete your DVA report — professionally written, DVA compliant, and always free to the Veteran.
-
Step 4 – Ongoing Therapy and Support
Revisit your psychologist to review the report, adjust your care plan, and continue sessions for as long as you wish.
-
Step 5 - Nurse Wellbeing Check
Our nursing team follows up to ensure you’re okay and to identify any immediate concerns with compassion and care.
-
Step 6 - Continued Connection
Receive a follow-up appointment with your psychiatrist within 3–6 months, or regular psychologist updates to keep your mental health on track.
We honour the commitment and sacrifice of all who served our country.
Lest we forget.
